You have the oddest ways of impressing me every time I see a piece that you draw. If I am right, and I am 20% of the time, those are lightning bolts flashing onto the water in the background. That is really beautiful, and your attention to the little details is what makes you an amazing artist. The splash effect on the water is pristine. The slight waves with the foam bubble is good, and interesting detail that some people would leave out. Again, that just makes the piece more unique and gorgeous. Your sky color I applaud entirely. The usage of the purple really embraces the mood, and the darker teal for the ocean is a lot more visual than a navy blue. Once again, I applaud you fully. Your bird. God, I love it. The fact that is a glowing outline is tremendously amazing. It's a good bird too. The light glowing from the bird is absolutely gorgeous. It gives a sense of hope to the picture, and that's what the title is. I personally don't mind the up-side-down wings. The piece is too beautiful to really stress over that little detail. The reflection on the water is very good. Overall, I think you did a wonderful job on this picture.
